Susan LiChun does not just put your home on the MLS listing, Susan LiChun treats a home selling as a project. The moment your home is listed on the MLS, Susan LiChun’s marketing activities take off: putting out physical signs, promotional flyers, reaching out to local buyer agents about your unique home, hosting open houses, online email blasting to local buyer agents, posting “home for sale flyer” on social media. The marketing material will be handled by our professional photographer and print shop.

Procure the buyer and Negotiate the offer:
Most of the buyers have their buyer agent already. When the buyer agent presents an offer, Susan LiChun has the obligation to present the offer immediately to the seller. Susan LiChun will assist the seller to review its terms and conditions, meet contingencies, calculate net proceeds and discuss the best outcome, which will protect the seller's best interest as well as create a win-win situation for both parties.

Signing and Closing the Deal:
Signing: Bring your ID and come to the signing in the escrow office or mobile signing if you are not in Portland. Prepare to receive the sales proceeds.
